I’m a yoga teacher and mum to two awesome, very lively, little girls!
I have been practicing yoga since I was a teenager. In 2016 I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Qualification. Not long after, I became a Mum and have learned to adapt my practice to suit my lifestyle. Yoga has never been more essential to my wellbeing than it is now. With 2 young children, life can be hectic! I now focus on teaching other Mums how to incorporate yoga into their lives to help them feel energised and better equipped to deal with periods of heightened stress.
