The course will start on Monday 6th December and run for 6 weeks. There will be a gap of two weeks over the Christmas holiday period. The Zoom yoga classes will take place every Monday and Thursday at 8pm.

Week 2 – 13th, 16th December
Week 3- 20th, 23rd December
Week 4 – 10th, 13th January
Week 5 – 17th, 20th January
Week 6 – 24th, 27th January

Each yoga class is designed to relieve pregnancy related aches, support mobility and strengthen your body in a way that is appropriate for pregnancy.
You will also learn techniques and have access to resources to help cultivate feelings of calm and which promote a positive mindset around birth.
Each week has a different theme:
Week 1 – Feeling safe, grounded and accepting of your changing body
Week 2 – Promoting contentment and a positive mindset
Week 3 – Developing inner (and outer) strength, confidence and a sense of control
Week 4 – Cultivating self-acceptance, compassion and love
Week 5 – Empowering you to communicate your needs and desires
Week 6 – Trusting your intuition and feeling deeply connected to your baby
Classes are suitable from 12th week of pregnancy.
